Our Golden Retriever puppies are raised in a family environment.

These pups are born in our home and sleep inside. They are exposed to stimuli and are well socialized all day, every day. They are around adults, teens, young children, babies and other dogs from the day they are born. We believe that the early stage of a puppy's life is incredibly important as it plays a huge part in shaping a dog's personality; we strive to do all we can to make sure these little guys know they are safe, loved and cared for.

It's a big job, but they are worth it!

Puppies are sent home with the following:

​

• First veterinary exam with proof of a clear bill of health and clear fecal exam

• First set of vaccinations

• Dewormed with Nemex-2 at 2 and 4 weeks and Safeguard (3 day course) at 8 weeks 

• Microchipped with AKC Reunite chip and prepaid microchip registration 

• Puppy pack with toys, blanket with mother and littermates' scent and a bag of puppy food

• All vet/vaccination/medication records

• AKC Registration Packet for Limited Registration (unless previously discussed) 

• AKC New Puppy Folder 

• Contract

We offer a one year genetic health guarantee.

Our dogs have been genetically tested and matched to ensure that their offspring will be  clear and/or unaffected by common Golden Retriever genetic diseases as detailed in our contract. The testing is done by PawPrint Genetics.

Genetic testing records are always available to view during visit. 

​

Skeletal and orthopedic problems cannot reasonably be guaranteed because even with good test results on the parents of the puppies, there are too many lifestyle variables that can contribute to skeletal/orthopedic issues later in life. However, our adult dogs do have a minimum of "good" hips through OFA.

OFA records are always available to view during visit.

We guarantee that your new puppy will be sent home with a clear bill of health from our vet when it goes home with you and for 7 days after transfer from our home to yours.

(7 days is the reasonable incubation period for communicable/acute illnesses)
